Capt (IN) SANJAY JAYASWAL (Retd)
Captain (IN) S Jayaswal (Retd) is an alumnus of Indian Naval Academy with rich and diverse experience of 34 years of serving in the Indian Navy. In his Naval career, he has been associated with training of personnel in various roles/ capacities including Officers selection at SSB as Interviewing Officer, Training Coordinator for Naval Leadership and Management courses etc. He has also been at the helm of training NCC cadets for three years as Commanding Officer 7 Kerala NUNCC at Ernakulam wherein under his tutelage NCC cadets joined IA and IAF and commissioned as Officers.
As Interviewing Officer at Service Selection Centre South, Bangalore, he has interviewed approx. 2000 candidates towards selection of Officers for Indian Navy and Indian Army.

UAV Observer Course at IAI, Israel

Recognising the contribution made by Captain S Jayaswal (Retd) in his naval career, he was awarded the Commendation by Chief of the Naval Staff (1997) and Flag Officer Commanding in Chief, Eastern Naval Command (1996).
CDR (IN) Vikas Yadav (Retd)
Commander Vikas Yadav, is from Executive branch of Indian Navy, and specialized in Naval Communication and Electronic Warfare. He has served onboard a range of afloat units which includes Destroyers, Frigates, Amphibious ships, Strategic vessels and various other class of war vessels. He has participated in different Naval Operations which includes various Strategic missiles firings, Anti-Piracy Patrolling off the Gulf of Aden and evacuation of Indian Diaspora from War torn Iraq in 2014.
As an assessor, he was appointed as commissioning Senior GTO at SSB Kolkata, where he was involved right from designing to execution on ground of various projects including the GTO ground, the tasks and tests pertaining to the GTO Technique. He was also appointed as GTO at Selection Center Central, Bhopal where he carried out assessment and selected officers for Navy and Army. He is also perusing his masters in Psychology.
With this immense experience of Personality assessment specially Group testing, he is now helping youths to achieve their dreams in joining Armed Forces.
CAPT(IN) TK SURESH KUMAR (RETD)
Capt TK Suresh Kumar was commissioned in the Indian Navy on 01 Jan 1986 in the Executive
Branch. He is a specialist in Gunnery and Missile deployment. He has had many ship and shore
appointments. He was also in the selection panel for officers and served three tenures as a psychologist in various Services Selection Boards, for a period spanning 12 years. During this period he assessed about 3000 candidates for the Army, Navy and Airforce and also the Indian Coast Guard. He was also the Head of the Psychological Department in all the SSBs he served.
He retired from service on 31 May 2019. Since then, he has been a consultant for various SSB coaching centres and Sainik schools.
LT CDR (IN) Aswanth Pananghat (Retd)
Lt Cdr Aswanth Pananghat (Retd), Indian Navy, a Short Service Commissioned Officer in Indian Navy specialised in Electronic Warfare, Signals & Communication. He has been a specialist Officer in Electronic Warfare, Signals & Communications and has done onboard tenures on various frontline warships of Indian Navy. He has also been privileged to do GTO course from DIPR, Delhi whilst in service. Towards the end of his service, he has also been at the helm of training NCC cadets as Executive Officer, 7 Kerala NU, NCC at Ernakulam wherein under his mentorship, NCC cadets has joined Indian Armed Forces as Commissioned Officers.
“Journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step.” Being a Naval NCC cadet of 9(K) NU NCC, Calicut, before joining Indian Navy, he has been an NCC cadet and has taken part in many camps across India. He was adjudged as the All-India Naval Best at Republic Day Camp 2006 and has received PMs batten, medal & trophy for the same from the then Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh. Moreover, he has also represented the nation for NCC’s Youth Exchange Program at Singapore. He is utilizing this vast experience to train and motivate NCC cadets to join Indian Armed Forces. As a motivational speaker, he has been giving online & offline talks at various schools, colleges to motivate the youth of the country to take up a career in Defence forces. NIDUS academy has been the dream project and will guide many such aspirers to fulfill their dreams of joining Indian Armed Forces.
